Interpreting your results is key to managing your sensitivities. To assist you we have provided an overview that highlights the key items to focus on, along with reccomended actions. All tested items are classified as either high, moderate, or no reactivity.

Trigger items: (/% high_size %/)

These are the items to which you have a confirmed sensitivity based on our testing.

The categories included in this section are:

Understanding the Extended List of Foods to Avoid
In addition to highlighting key food sensitivities in red, we have also provided a secondary list of items that, while not directly flagged, may still be problematic due to their close associations with the identified sensitivities. Many foods share common proteins, cross-reactive compounds, or processing methods that can trigger similar responses in sensitive individuals. For example, if a particular grain is flagged as a sensitivity, related grains or derivatives might also pose a risk due to cross-contamination, shared allergens, or biochemical similarities.

This extended list is intended as a precautionary measure to help you make more informed dietary choices. By avoiding these additional foods, you can minimize the risk of unintended reactions and better support your overall well-being. However, individual responses may vary, and we recommend carefully reintroducing foods under the guidance of a healthcare professional if needed. This approach ensures that your diet remains both safe and balanced while reducing potential discomfort or inflammation associated with food sensitivities.
